Abdi uncovers the mystery of a mysterious character named Huhu in the story of Peer Gynt. Coming from a place where his original voice has been erased, Huhu has been stuck on a long journey that has taken him to a psychiatric hospital in Cairo. Several clues from Huhu's monologue led to Abdi's search from Egypt back to his home in the Bugis region of South Sulawesi. This work is part of UrFear: Huhu and the Multitude of Peer Gynts, a performance network based on Henrik Ibsen's reinterpretation of Peer Gynt from the point of view of the global south. Creating a network of operations with different performance in a modular approach with artists from different disciplines and ages from Indonesia, Japan, Sri Lanka and Vietnam. Director-Performer:Abdi Karya. Text: Abdi Karya-Ugoran Prasad. Dramaturg & Scenery: Yudi Ahmad Tajudin. Production: Teater Garasi. Supported by Ibsen Scope
